Tickets to this event are limited, so don’t miss out. Tickets will NOT be available on the gate. Tickets for our events should only be purchased from authorised sellers. They can be booked securely through this website and links posted by us on our social media pages.
All tickets are sent to the provided email address as e-tickets. It is vital that you look after these tickets and bring them on the day (printed is highly recommended) and present them at the entrance. Do note that each ticket can only be scanned once, so treat the tickets the same way you would your wallet! Do NOT share or post pictures on social media of your tickets, as these images could be used to gain entry with your tickets! Do take good care of your tickets, if they become damaged, torn, creased or wet, the barcode may not work.
Should you not present your tickets at the entrance, our security team will not be able to permit you entry to the event, so do not forget your tickets!
Yes! Before you leave site, please see our security team who will provide you with a pass out stamp that will allow you readmission. You will need to present your pass out stamp with your original ticket. Do note that after the interval has finished, no readmission is possible.
Should social distancing still be required in August 2021, a full plan is in place. All ticketholders will be notified with any requirements for social distancing. The outdoor nature of Park Proms means that we have plenty of space and a stunning backdrop.
In the highly unlikely event that the event is not permitted to take place under government legislation, then Park Proms would be postponed with ticket holders having their tickets rolled over to the new date or a refund can be requested.
Park Proms is working closely with Test Valley Borough Council & all the relevant authorities/ parties to ensure that should we require social distancing, the event can still take place.
Rest assured, thanks to Park Proms' wonderful outdoor, spacious venue, we will be able to deliver a safe, fun & amazing event.
Thanks to our partnership with Hampshire Fare, we have an amazing collection of Food & Drink available. Do note that whilst all vendors take both cash & card, there are no cash machines or cash back facilities onsite.
Guests are encouraged to bring picnics, chairs & blankets for both nights. You are welcome to bring picnic utensils including bags, cutlery & certain knives. On Saturday, a picnic zone will be available, but do note that other guests may be standing. (NO KNIVES ARE PERMITTED FOR NIGHT TWO)
When packing your picnics please note that knives permitted on site will be restricted. (NO KNIVES ARE PERMITTED FOR NIGHT TWO)
We allow The following knives for Friday night ONLY:
- Domestic knives 5 inches & under
- Folding knifes with a 3 inch blade or under.
Any knives over these sizes will not be permitted. No knives are permitted for Saturday.
Do note that security staff reserve the right to withdraw permission for knives to be brought onsite.

Owing to our wonderful outdoor location, the concert will go ahead in the majority of weather conditions. Should the weather make the concert unsafe, then our management team reserve the right to postpone / cancel the event, as your safety is our number one priority.
Our world class air display is also weather dependant, so should the weather not be safe, they will not be able to take to the skies.
Park Proms is indeed a very special occasion & event. Whilst there is no prescribed dress code, most people choose to dress in practical clothing but take the opportunity to go a bit more glamorous! Most of all, come prepared for the wonderful British weather!

You may, but we ask you are considerate of your neighbours. Stewards may ask you to move should your smoking or vaping become a nuisance to other concert go-ers.
Park Proms has a zero tolerance policy with regards to all drugs and/or legal highs. On entry, all guests will be subject to search by hand, metal detector & by a drug detection dog. Any persons found with any drugs and/ or legal highs, will be refused entry / ejected from the arena and handed over to the police.

Should you wish to sit with friends or family within the Britannia Lounge and have not booked together, please contact hospitality@parkproms.com to request seating together. Do note that we cannot guarantee these requests and would encourage you to book together should you wish to guarantee seating together.
Well behaved children are permitted into the Britannia Lounge. As would be expected with hospitality, we ask that children are not running around or playing in the Britannia Lounge, as this could cause a nuisance to other guests. Our security staff do reserve the right to eject unruly children from the lounge, without readmission or refund.
